Subject: notes from the iron road
At a dark green seat
with my name on it,
I've arrived
slightly off-beat

I feel
gently misplaced
In a crowd of solitary cats
as if
I'm the only one with patches

I reckon she's in much the same crowd
across
being a mouse
is a sad-eyed lady holding a fluffy
little dog

she can clearly see
what bluntly stabs her eyes
the purposely rude hourglass
while rails and roads flow by

and her close companion
along with time
blindly
obvliviously
content

Thanks lib ! Much appreciated. This is a reflection on something that really happened... even though it describes a situation more than an event.

I was taken by the contrast between the lady who seemed so sad and tormented and the little dog who seemed perfectly happy while snoring along with the rythm of the train.

Thanks havohej, very much appreciated buddy.

I'm probably the lesser artist among the residents, but let me express that I'm really happy to hang out with minds who can create such brilliant works as the ones found on the couch.

Cheers!
