Subject: Information Blockage
Any system which has free flow of information inside it, as well as, participates in a feedback loop which includes its surroundings, sustains. Feedback loop is important for systems of any type including human systems. A robust feedback loop helps sustenance and swift improvement in any dynamic structure. Information blockage causes the weakening and if continued for enough long, then, death of a system.

Information blockage might primarily happen in two ways in humans. First, within a group, certain humans might not be privy to the information to which others are. This happens all the time and when it reaches to its threshold the subject is thrown out of the group. Second type of information blockage is all pervading. It's what you call 'Maya'. It's because of the instrument of perception in humans. You don't see what is out there but rather what you want to see. This selective bias causes much of suffering. Suffering is also caused by the first type of information blockagr mentioned up-thread. Both of these types cause suffering and if they cause any soothing at all, it's temporary.

In a way, yes. As far as mind is concerned the very nature of mind makes it impossible for us to see 'what is'. The state in which you're able to look at all the possible sides causes the crashing of ideas, which in turn makes it impossible to hold on one thing for long, which in turn makes your suffering alleviated.

BTW, what about your TM practice, long time no updates. I suppose you had a nice time completing REVE. smiling face

so no one should have private messaging, in your opinion?

i have to say that i totally disagree that information blockage only causes suffering. it is by means of information blocking that we are able to achieve efficiency in certain areas, and intimacy in others. like everything, there are positives and negatives about it.

have been very busy at work with the medical records conversion, so i haven't had much time to work on reve this last week.

Not actually. I have highlighted the sense in which it matters most in the previous post, but yes, if you look at the secret services, corruptions and conspiracies, it's blockage of information which causes stagnation of many systems and if it continues, the very systems which cause it, become prey to it.

It depends on the system. Well, it might be totally absurd an observation, but because of lack of feedback, a system tends to become weak, whereas some of its constituents might improve for a while or it may seem so.
