HA!

I think it's an automated status change prompted by the number of posts you make.

A *Hairy Monster (singular and idiosyncratic) is about as (Quirkian) existentialistic as one can get... wink

Thanks, Lib!

Question: the image is a GIF and is supposed to animate a bit...any reason why it doesn't?

*it's how I feel these days...the bear, the giant anteater, the gorilla, and the human, all rolled up into one.

So, it's Quirky, Existentialistic, Idiosyncratic and more hilarious than most!

I think that GIF thingy works at times and doesn't at other times. hmm

Paul or Lib might be right person to answer that. sticking out tongue

Have you put on a lot of weight Henry? No time to work out? Writers tend to put on weight faster than others.

"Have you put on a lot of weight Henry?"

Nope: I'm five feet, eight inches, and 145 pounds, as always. And: I'm still bald (though always in need of a shave).

I'm an active Monster: along with regular workouts (heavy snatches, deadlifts, and cleans and jerks) I walk and walk and walk and...

'Hairy Monster' is more a state of 'being', I think, than 'physicality'.

And: of course, chasing after (riding bikes with, climbing trees with, wrestling with, etc.) a five year old juggernaut is an exercise regimen in itself.
