A continuation on the topic of justice. I recently heard a filmmaker give a lecture on the differences between retributive justice and restorative justice. Here is a website that breaks down the differences. Retributive justice is about finding fault, placing blame, and punishing the guilty. I find restorative justice to be a much more sensible approach. What do you guys think about some of these concepts listed under "Restorative Justice"? For example, having victims actively involved in dialogue with the perpetrators?
